Revolutionizing Out-of-Home: Blunt Action’s Debut of NYC’s First 3D Billboard

Released for KeyGlock’s upcoming album, Yellow Tape 2 quickly became a cultural milestone in advertising and digital art. In collaboration with Paper Route EMPIRE and Empire Records, Blunt Action pioneered one of the first 3D billboards in the world, right in the heart of Times Square. Drawing inspiration from KeyGlock’s iconic fleet of yellow cars, our team transformed a static billboard into a dynamic spectacle by creating a stunning 3D replica of his favorite Lambo Urus—complete with spinning fire effects and a glass-shattering illusion that made the billboard appear to crack open.

The innovative design pushed the boundaries of out-of-home advertising and captured the imagination of social media, quickly going viral. “We didn't know how big it would be until it came out and broke the internet,” said Ethan Jakab, perfectly encapsulating the excitement surrounding the launch.

It was an absolute honor to work with KeyGlock and Yung Dolph on the creative and overall project. Their unique artistic vision and collaborative spirit elevated the entire execution, making this endeavor a true standout.

This groundbreaking project set a new standard for digital innovation in advertising, proving that when creativity meets technology, the result is nothing short of revolutionary.
